Pros
Canine Partners (CP) is a great place to work, I’ve been here just over four years and it’s certainly one of the best places I have ever worked. The vision of the charity is really clear and everyone is incredibly passionate about making a difference. There is a great team spirit at CP and the offices have a fun but hardworking atmosphere. The staff are all really friendly and the managers are encouraging and supportive. Of course the dogs at CP are the real stars of the show and it’s great to see them training around the centres and coming up to the office for the occasional cuddle. CP offers fantastic perks through a reward and recognition platform and both centres are in beautiful locations.
Cons
As with any job there are highs and lows but lows at CP are thankfully few and far between. Some of the technology is a bit behind the times, particularly for fundraising, and parking at the Southern Centre can be a pain in the winter months as the field gets boggy but otherwise it’s a pretty awesome or should I say ‘pawsome’ place to work!
