Pros
It’s a fun place to work, it’s pretty laid back and creative. However, the cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
It’s an extremely toxic work environment. They use intimidation and fear to manipulate employees into overworking themselves. They regularly hire new people and then fire them within a few months because they decided to “terminate the position”. Management is afraid to ask the board for basic needs, employees are afraid to ask managers for the same. Money is thrown around on parties, but providing employees with crucial equipment is not a priority. Covid regulations are non existent and always have been. There have been multiple outbreaks and they have put no policies at all in place to protect employees. They technically do, on paper, but they don’t actually allow their employees to use said policies. Employees are taken advantage of in every possible aspect, and they overwork themselves out of fear of losing their job. Profits come before people no matter what.
