Upper management consists of people who are either related to the CEOs or they are good friends with them. If you make a single mistake or if your management doesn’t like you or if you try to stand up for yourself, you will get fired. The turn over rate is absurd at this company, and they also are very discriminatory towards LGBT+ folks. The product itself isn’t great, they break easily, and employees are expected to praise and promote it. With the way the industry to crumbling, Cannatron will probably end up with the same fate if it doesn’t self destruct first.
