Cons
It's very telling that the positive reviews stopped prior to 2020. Something has shifted within this organization, mainly leadership, that has completely ruined the culture of this organization. This org couldn't win you over with pay but you signed on for the possibility of broad experience and the incredible culture. They walked the walk at one point. Fast forward to 2021 and it became a complete wreck. Most people that were with the org prior saw the writing on the wall and left to pursue their careers elsewhere. This company wants loyalty but treats those that have worked tirelessly for it like garbage. There is no one left on staff (excluding the owner) that have any legacy and with the lack of leadership and direction, the quality of work produced has greatly suffered. Regardless of titles, there's no one leading this team.
