      Incredible people, really great talent at all levels. Process and management need improvement - they are redefining a lot of their method and leadership to better respond to changes in the industry

      Cons

      Has been difficult to see evidence of changes being made yet. They have a lot of good aspirations, but need to start showing the impact and affect.

      Lots of corporate perks, ARE, remote work

      Cons

      Figure this out early. They are looking for strong corporate citizenship and follower of corporate culture. So, if you say the wrong thing around the water cooler, you will be seeing the HR soon. Be a zombie, get it right the first time and you will keep your job.
