Great Brand - Staff don't gel together - very clicky - Credit Control Canon Employee Review

Different departments don't gel - Staff members "catty" about one another and "clicky" groups. You either fit in or you don't. Overloaded with work some staff working ridiculous hours. High turnover of staff. Dept I worked in had a member of staff who was moody which set the tone for rest of day - manager sat in the corner put up with this staff members moods and at times unprofessional ism etc - training limited thrown in at deep end you either sink or swim. Not an enjoyable experience at all. On a "cut back" drive to save costs
