Pros
- Good development of your skills - Encouraged to think outside of your box - Generally, you’re listened to and it’s a welcoming environment. Your opinion is valued - The work is interesting and varied, and everyone is asked to participate and collaborate - Pay is fair with a good bonus. Pay increases are decent if you perform well.
Cons
- Can be a mismatch of expectations between different teams, leading to unfair practices. Some teams have more relaxed hybrid policies, some teams find it easier to get promotions, some teams have a higher work load than others. Creates discontent - Work can be slow at times, but that’s not unusual with a big company - Lack of promotions and unclear communication on how to progress - Office isn’t in a sociable place - They speak a lot about diversity and gender equality. However the higher you are, the less equal it is. Good balance at lower levels, a lot of men at higher levels
