Canpar is a great place to get experience in the logistics and delivery industry. I learned a lot about shipping systems and problem-solving. The team atmosphere is friendly, and supervisors are generally helpful. Pay is fair and there are opportunities to move up if you’re proactive.
Cons
It can get hectic during holidays, and dealing with frustrated customers takes patience. Some processes could be streamlined.
