Pros
Benefits and compensation are very competitive. Company culture is on the leading front of what we should expect from modern corporations. Management recognizes talent, encourages personal growth, and likes to promote those who work for it. Ideas are always flowing, which helps to engage many employees. Work is enough to keep a person busy, but not overwhelming. Company is growing and doing so prudently. New product offerings, expanded product offerings, and overhauled product offerings have contributed to the level of growth.
Cons
Frequent changes in organizational structure over the course of the last 3 years has made some feel uneasy about their role. Management is mostly located in NY, while a lot of the P&C and legacy employees are based in Middleton; this has created some level of distrust with management for some employees.
