      Pros

      Enjoyed the little things the company provided-on site gym, snacks every weeks, great company meetings with lunches catered, massage therapist, team sporting events.

      Cons

      Felt very excluded, once Covid hit all of the sense of community ended. Left the company a year after.

      Pros

      Flexibility. Entrepreneurial. Supports desire to attend regional and national functions. Pay has become more aligned with the industry. Mentor/Mentee opportunities for those that seek it. Hybrid and remote work options.

      Cons

      Very limited growth opportunities. Open PTO comes with a cost, often working during scheduled time off. Communication and collaboration is lacking. Little recognition for exceptional work.
