Pros

Capalo AI is a genuinely good place to work. The team is competent and collaborative, and there's a clear sense of purpose behind what the company is building. Leadership is approachable, and you get real ownership over your work, which is refreshing. Flexibility is part of how the team operates day-to-day, and that's appreciated.

Cons

It's a startup, so some processes are still being figured out. Priorities can shift, and not everything is perfectly defined

Pros

The company's mission is extremely important and is a huge source of motivation in growing the company. Capalo's role in driving the energy transition forward has already been significant so far, even though in a way this is only the beginning. It makes the work meaningful to know you're doing something that has a real impact. There's also a lot of energy in the team, and colleagues are very talented and great to work with.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that it creates some growing pains, which is to be expected. Some processes are still finding their shape and being defined, but that's a natural part of this stage of growth.

Pros

Capalo is a great place to work if you want responsibility, ownership and the chance to build systems that have a real impact. In my day-to-day work, I get to work closely with both the product and the underlying data infrastructure, which makes the work feel meaningful and technically interesting. There is a strong culture of trust, and people are given room to take initiative, learn quickly and contribute beyond a narrow job description. I also appreciate the flexibility, open communication and the fact that the company’s mission in the energy sector is easy to get behind.

Cons

As with many fast-growing startups, processes and ways of working are still developing. Priorities can shift quickly and the pace can sometimes feel intense. This also means that you need to be comfortable with uncertainty, taking ownership and solving problems without everything being fully defined in advance.
