Managers make your life horrible. Some Seniors are life savers, but most of the managers have no idea as to what is going on in the projects, yet they pounce at every chance to take credit of the work done by Devlopers. Managers have poor management skills and lack of skills. No professional growth ( Old technology, Nil growth, Zero learning, Cutting edge technologies are never used ) Very bad in terms of market level compensation. Will pay you peanuts and expect you to give everything. Poor performance ratings. Even a simple situation will be made into a Warzone by Managers and so called solution architects 🤡 If you are a weak hearted then won't be able to survive. Within 6 months I started having headache because of unnecessary pressure and fear of getting scolded. No transparency No hike. No bonus. No goodies. Just bunch of ambition less people who have accepted their fate and life as they are can only work for Capestart. I repeat Capestart is not a place for you if you are ambitious, want to learn new things, want to excel in skill sets. If all these categories you are looking for then start looking else where. Period
