Pros

Exposure to clients and projects all over CH, with some opportunities to gain experience in complex environments

Cons

Promises of stable project allocation were not always aligned with reality, and limited coordination with the sales function meant that projects were not secured in time, leading to uncertainty shortly after joining. Lack of clear direction and consistent leadership makes it difficult to operate effectively. Frequent changes in priorities and organizational structure create instability and hinder execution. Communication between management levels is often inconsistent.

Pros

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Cons

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
