Pros

Some projects have good work life balance

Cons

1) Bell curve is followed and management has to mandatory give bad rating to some employees. Please read about bell curve if you don't know before joining this company. 2) Variable salary component. You never know if you'll get 100% of your variable salary or not. Variable part ranges from 10% to 18%. A part of this amount (usually 30%) will be given in Oct or nov and rest will be given next year in May. 3) Performance hikes: Based on your performance from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 you will be given ratings in Mar 2018 and your salary hike will be applicable from Jun 2018. Total 6 month delay in getting your hike. 4) Lot of politics at each level. Managers will blame you for each mistake in project and take all credit for good work on them. 5) Ratings are divided in 5 levels and if you get last 2 rating which some people get due to bell curve as well, you'll not be given your annual variable salary in May and no hikes will be given. Many people are forced to leave their job by giving them bad ratings. 5) Annual firing - So giving people less rating and not giving them their variable salary component is not enough for this organization so they also add up firing in May-June .

Pros

Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

Cons

Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
