      Pros

      For freshers its a good opportunity to learn basics. Their training is awesome. One should attend their training to learn and excel

      Cons

      No respect for employees. Employees are just another resource . Management is very poor. Only people who do buttering to their managers are promoted / sent onsite.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
