i am working in altran sice one year,i joined here as a fresher in VLSI Industry,When i entered into ALTRAN i feel my self happy because of the support given by the manager and the team ,they wont hesitate to help even through the new to company or basic quastions. One thing i like most in ALTRAN that the management is very helpful whatever may be the your position (Junior or Senior Engineer) they will treat all of them with equality. They will always encourage the all employees to participate towards the cultural activities ,the sports evnets and some special days of occassion.
