Pros
1. Good for freshers, Good Learning in Telecom technologies. 2. People Join here as a fresher ,learn technologies and move to other companies. 3.Flexible timings,No dress code , No card swap in/out policy.
Cons
1. Good projects have become very less in number. 2. Not a good paymaster any more.( You even can't avail your total CTC Variable components are too high.) 3. Onsite opportunities are less compared to it's peers. 4. If you go under a wrong supervisor , u may be literally screwed up ;-). HR is just a placeholder in the company.No role. 5. Old employees are leaving the organization day by day.
