Pros
Very relaxed work culture. Flexible timings is of great help. Amazing folks with extremely good technical skills. Really amazing product development goes on in here, even though hardly anyone knows about the company.
Cons
Compensation for freshers could be better. Management needs focus, keep changing plans now and then. CIP is a scam if you leave in the second quarter.
