Pros
Depending on who your manager there is potential to learn exists but working in the US when the entire company is in India makes it very difficult. You receive zero support and the people you work closest with you never meet and only know them via email. This is horrible type of work environment.
Cons
Possibility to have a good manager but it is a crap shoot
