Travel and good people to work with! I really loved my time working at Capital Inventory.

Management struggles and Time management on the road. You had to get where you were going no matter what, regardless of weather or any other issues that popped up. When I worked there, management was very uncaring, but I hear this has changed in recent years

You get to travel different states on companies dime

Pay is low, there is no overtime. They say it’s salary but u get 10cents if you get over 40 hrs a week. The math ain’t mathing to be honest you spend more being on the road.
