- LONG hours. Expectation of literal 24/7 availability for hourly employees. - Extremely high turnover, regardless of level leads to constant “Will I be next?” anxiety - 10+ years outdated/outmoded proprietary software with no end in sight - Poor communication between departments - Near-impossible production deadlines with lower-level employees thrown under the bus if something goes wrong - Upper-level management are over-scheduled, overworked, and technologically inept - Promotions largely based on tenure/nepotism - Petty, egotistical management - Training/onboarding in company-wide systems is next to non-existent (sink or swim) - No regular performance reviews - Aggressive/abusive treatment toward lower-level employees by management is swept under the rug
