Pros
The people you work with are awesome, everyone is there to do their job and then some. Very exciting industry to be in with the Garage Doors and Fireplaces. Pay is comparable, could always be better , right!!!
Cons
Capo lacks a training program which keeps everyone from being on the same page. People working in 11 different divisions all running things their own way. Trying to run the company on very old software.
