      Pros

      Very nice people! Great work life balance when time off was needed. Average benefits.

      Cons

      Not very proactive with finding new contract projects for contractors. Communication needs to be improved regarding HR processes and changes. Tech support was not responsive when technical issues arose.

      Pros

      Great ownership and organization that gives you the FLEXIBILITY and RESOURCES to succeed. . . If you fail here, you must not be very good at what you do. . . because it sure isn't because the organization didn't give you something you asked for, or wouldn't let you do something "your way."

      Cons

      The employee benefits are standard SMB fare. You're not working for Microsoft or Amazon.
