      Management, professional career. It is not possible to develop a professional career. Management is out of touch.

      Pros

      - Learned a lot from all the professionals I interacted with, including all sorts of engineers, regulatory personnel, and management - The head PM always had my back and was very communicative and helpful. Knew exactly what he expected from me.

      Cons

      - highly variable work load that can be very hectic at times and very slow at times as well.
