Office Culture is Toxic - Logistics Coordinator Capstone Logistics Employee Review

While there is room for advancement this company does not prepare you and give you the proper tools to succeed. They sort of just throw you into a role and hope for the best. When you train there isn’t really any standard in place so everyone is showing you different ways to do the same job and it starts to get very confusing. The office culture is also very catty and people throw each other under the bus at any chance. They talk badly of each other and then smile in each other’s face the next day. The core values of the company include integrity but I think that is something they lack and there is also no sense of transparency.
