      Great place to earn a living with your OWN clients.

      Beware of the multiple fake reviews on this website that have been written by management. Call around to other General Agents in the business and ask about Andrew Moore's team and reputation. Their turnover rate is high, and their platform is built on feeding new advisor's clients to their few senior advisors so that they keep your clients once you leave (much like a pyramid scheme). If they offer you any compensation starting out, then make sure you read the terms of agreement in full, because they will come after you and make you pay them back for every penny. Ask around to former employees of Capstone who have worked for Andrew Moore, Van Hess, Joy Avadesian, etc. Ask around, and do your homework. This is one of the few jobs that will actually cost you money if you sell their product.

      The only fake reviews on on this site are the ones written by the one person who wrote the only 3 negative reviews we have. This person is saying the same things they said on the other reviews they wrote. You can read the responses of the other two. If you are exploring the opportunity to join our firm. Feel free to ask for proof of our accomplishments, our agent's production, our training. Ask to speak to agents on Van's or Joy's team. They will tell you the impact they have made in their practice. Van has consistently ranked in the top 3 in the country of all Managing Directors, Joy is now a General Agent running our Denver agency and a great example of how an ambitious woman can be successful in this industry. We have not been the #1 agency in Mass Mutual for 4 years in row now by not delivering on our promises to our agents, staff and the communities we serve.

      Pros

      The company has started a new program to pay for all study materials for insurance and investment licensing. There is a generous bonus paid for new advisors who obtain the S7/S66 licenses while at the firm.

      Cons

      Studying for licenses and earning new business at the same time is challenging but feels good to accomplish once it's done.

      If you already have a nest egg you might be able to make this work

      Run away. If you are starting your career and have no money and they claim they'll support you as you get your practice off the ground they are lying to you. Don't destroy your financial situation. This place is full of con artists. Run away as fast as you can. I'm not even sure this is a legal operation as they require you to come in for meetings or they'll let you go. Yet they don't pay you.
