      Pros

      Company invests in keeping the plant in small town IA, great for job security. Very competitive pay. Attractive bonus structure and opportunity to earn more. You're rewarded for your efforts. Management team seems to care and are willing to work with you when you need flexibility or accommodations. Corporate leaders are friendly and hands on during visits. Plenty of freebies including meals, snacks, coffee, gear, and more. Personally, I'm very happy with this company and would recommend to others.

      - Good benefits and work schedule... no weekends - Many opportunities for career growth across the board - CaptiveAire continues to reinvest in their operations and staff year over year - Education & certification reimbursement program - Generally promotes within and provides in-house, on the job training - Monthly bonus for all employees - Free lunch every week for all employees - Safety and quality are the main focus
