Has an incredibly high turn over rate. Might as well install a revolving door. I've seen and heard managers making promises to employees without any intention of following through. They just tell you what you want to hear to make you happy in the moment but couldn't care less about you and your wants/needs in the long run. They'll just keep pulling you along You work outside in the heat of summer and the chilling winters Open for business during most holidays- except Christmas and Thanksgiving Merit and hard work means little to nothing- favoritism decides your schedule, your hours, your write ups and if your manager has your back Some managers are not in your corner, even if you are following policy with customers- making you look like a jerk or have bad customer service (varies by location) Bad weather means no hours.
