      Helpful with all types of credit and money down situations.

      Cons

      Excessive work hours. Not conducive to family lifestyles. Company hasn't offered raises outside of COLA to any staff members since I started years ago.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
