      -Work Life balance is good -Help people who often don't receive the help they need -Competitive wages -Strong Leadership -Core Values that are a true part of the Culture -Ability to grow from within -Training

      Cons

      I don't view this as a con personally but Carhop is not a fit for those who are unable to multi task in my opinion.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
