Work on developing customer service skills and social skills

Cons

Worst position in the company. Management expects so much while you work with so little. Everyone needs your help right away but no one is willing to help you. The recognition and pay for the stuff you deal with daily is very slim and minimal. The company is managed by people who have no real experience or knowledge in what they are doing. Corporate sets unrealistic expectations and come in store acting fake and seem like they care but really they don’t. Rules and expectations are set from people who could never do your job and have no clue what it’s like on a day to day basis.

Pros

Remote work, first 2 weeks of the 2 month training, offers sick time before PTO rolls in

Cons

Little to no worklife balance, toxic positivity (like when they called the meeting about taking away our bonuses “exciting news” and tried to gaslight us as to why this was a good thing), extreme micromanagement, listening to our headsets constantly without us knowing, AI rating our metrics, unrealistic expectations, you basically do 4 jobs in one (at Carvana, appraisals / selling, financial applications and documents / EPUs, sales and customer service were ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.
