employees are typically nice, stay away though, almost a cult

It's truly a cult. They are very media focused on promoting image. Work load keeps increasing while pay cut. Sales is set commission. When Omni rolled out (call center), you lose 1/2 to 3/4 your pay if the customer trys to just call the store. Sales is now used to pay for Omni. With the new self-progression, we will also only get 1/2 to 3/4. We are now being used to pay for IT. The business office pay is horrible and very high stress. Massive turnover as people go to be a cashier with less stress and higher pay.
