- good teamwork - solid technical mindset, lots of exp. to be gained - startup / if you like startup, here you get it - good ideas and solid business with space to grow

Cons

- very unfocused - operational overload - currently feature factory within product and tech departments - change management missing, that shows - young leadership team with good intentions, but weak in execution - hr department understaffed, hr leadership poor - capacity problems left and right - currently in a downscale due to economical situation
