Pros
Amazing company that genuinely cares about its employees. In a world where employees at many big companies are just a number, at carshield we are family! High energy environment, amazing pay, flexible hours, and overall the best job I have ever had!
Cons
Only downside is you will spend a lot of time working depending on how driven you are to succeed, but the coworkers and teams are amazing so it’s not really much of a downside!
