Basically pressured/forced to work overtime from management. Make them hang up on you only mentality. Disconnecting a call if the customer won't themselves will literally lead to eventual termination. Forced to work at office where competition allows full work from home. 1st year at Carshield I cleared 160k. Last year was 92k with how high the bonus requirements got.
