      Good people, pay and benefits. It’s a small company and is people centered. Currently in a growth phase.

      Systems are still developing. It can be difficult for new or existing personnel to know the right next step.

      Not many....Flexible work schedule and a few cool people.

      Cons

      No experienced leadership and a very disorganized company. IT department is horrible and makes it nearly impossible to do ones job effectively.
