Pros
Family oriented - it does not feel corporate in any way shape or form. The owners care about their people and you can feel that. Growing company with a lot of opportunity - exciting time to be part of it! The company also is moving their HQ to an amazing space in Lauderdale by the Sea.
Cons
I personally thrive in a fast-paced environment, but some do not. Because the company is a start up and a family-owned business, there is not a lot of red tape. They have done a great job building structure, but with any newer company, there is still some ambiguity. Personally, I thrive in that! Grey area just means there is an opportunity to create, improve and grow!
