Some positivies but lots of drawbacks - Management Cardiff University Employee Review

Everything moves at a glacial pace so actually making a change or having an impact is so difficult and frustrating. I my devision (student services) I was denied flexible working and pushed out of my role. This was the case for many others who worked along side me. The use of NDA's and settlements was widespread to stop women speaking about this.
