Cardinal group is a great company to work for. All of my coworkers are extremely supportive of me. They all seem genuinely happy when I walk into work. They are supportive and acknowledge your accomplishments and successes while also recognizing and acknowledging your mistakes. When mistakes are made, they look at it as a learning opportunity.
Cons
Being a part-time team member, it is difficult to follow all of the potential clients. When I am not in at work every day, it is hard to pick up where things were left from the day before.

You've hit on a really important thread in the industry as a whole. Even though there are systems that allow multiple people to interact with the same client, it doesn't exactly mean that the personal relationships you've developed can be mutually exclusive.
I'd chalenge you to start thinking of ways to bridge that gap and share them with the rest of us. Remember, everyone here has a voice and this is a great first step in using yours!
