Pros

I have been with Cardinal Group for almost two years and I love my job as much today as I did when I started. In that time, the company has grown in unprecedented times, brought new divisions to the organization to put people in their area of expertise and continue to expand. We have created different task forces to encourage Diversity and Inclusion efforts. A COVID taskforce to ensure our teams are safe, well prepared, in the know of events and are most importantly - safe. We continue with learning efforts and even holding virtual Leadership Summits/trainings/continuing education when we normally would be in person. I am so proud of the work we do and the leadership getting us there.

Cons

We are growing so quickly it can be easy to overlook the little things that got us here today. I feel that we usually get there (catch up), but sometimes takes a bit of time.

Being a team player and respecting those you work with alongside pursuing growth and knowledge burst through in what you have to say. The challenges presented through Covid are like you said, unprecedented and it's only through the passion and hard work of people like yourself that we can finally look back and be proud of what we've accomplished, and excited for what we still have to do!

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
