      Pros

      I don't recall ever working for a company that has had so many people who share my work ethic. Working alongside others who have the same drive is very motivating, even as a remote worker! My immediate supervisor and team leader encourage me to bring new thoughts and ideas and champion the good ones on my behalf. There is an overall desire to stay ahead of industry trends and a willingness from the executive team to remain agile in corporate structure.

      Cons

      COVID-19 response is disappointing. While strong at the beginning of the pandemic, efforts are now lackluster and short-sided. HQ continues to host large, maskless gatherings during a surge, and an initial plan to institute a vaccine mandate was abandoned in favor of waiting for a federal mandate that may never come. Other industry leaders have stepped up to this challenge with success and from a bird's eye view, it seems Cardinal should be able to do the same. Many feel the pressures of multiple commitments throughout the working day and tend to favor quick answers rather than thoughtful analysis and project work.

      Appreciate the open and honest communication and I agree that there's a long way to go with Covid and it's responses/actions. Nevertheless, I see you and hear you and want you to know your thoughts are to be a part of the conversation. Hoping as the year goes on we'll earn the fifth star.

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
