I'd also recommend taking the opportunity to sue your voice through the engagement surveys sent out to each team member each quarter and even take the opportunity to participate in a business resource group. We're in it together and need to lean in and on each other to make sure experiences like yours aren't repeated.

- When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
