Pros
You get to work Remote. That's honestly the best part. The people are pretty chill and welcoming. You get to get your foot in the door about recruiting.
Cons
1. It is very clear that their management does not know what they are doing and how they want to run their company. There is very little to no actual structure, system, and organization. 2. It is very clear that there is not a lot of clear, transparent dialogue between management and workers. (Example: Whether meetings are mandatory or not) 3. There are practically no benefits besides they pay you. They don't even do your taxes. 4. Some of the stuff they ask you to do is very questionable/shady, if not, down right wrong. They should not be telling you to lie on your Linkedin about when you started the job or asking new people to impersonate their CEO and send out inmails on his behalf.
