Good for particular type of person - Indexing Technician Cardone Record Services Employee Review

The management is very friendly and helpful. The job itself is a little difficult to learn due to being mostly self taught on my end, but once you get it it is very repetitive and simple.

Pay is the negative, no room for growth and pay is low in my opinion.

Flexible with scheduling, minimal supervision once trained

Hired a manager that did not know how to do her job or what any of the current staff did. She was nasty to certain staff. Some of the staff was permitted to do things she would fire other staff members for doing. No sense of loyalty to employees that worked there for years. Nasty management who would scream at you when they were upset. Management would lie when it suited their agenda.
