Very little communication from the owners, also had to work alone a lot of the time which increased crime against staff and theft in the store. And being in Glasgow meant a lot of customers that you didn’t want to be left alone with but since the owners don’t wanna pay any more payroll than they have to. You’d have no choice but to keep going and put your safety at risk

- Learn great knowledge about CMS, Card payment industry - Colleagues are friendly - Management level are very experienced and knowledgeable - Able to manage, interact and connect with local banks and foreign banks

- Not so much work-life balance - Have to be able to manage multiple concurrent projects
