Sales focused company, weekly sales training with very reputable company, received all the tools needed to succeed, high commission potential and low micro managing, no competing markets.
Cons
Company grew fast, market domination, at some point, how are you able to make more sales if you’ve enrolled all markets already but still expected to reach quotas with forecasted year to year growth? Business development needs to up their game to match growth potential.
