Pros
The benefits are great. You receive your vacation time up front at the beginning of the year. Some positions are work from home.
Cons
They call you a Case Manager but what you really are, is a telemarketer for the vendors of Carefirst. They put intense pressure on their case managers who work under productivity to push their services for which there is a charge to the employer of the customer that could cost upwards of $ 5000.00 for Best Doctors, their second opinion to their members who have the cost share waiver. You work from home but it's not worth it. Highly stressed environment. I'm sure that other departments are better because there are people who have been there for years. Stay away from Case Management, it's a revolving door and Chet Burrell needs to know because his vision can truly work but he have untrustworthy people working for him (Management), who isn't telling him the truth.
