Pros

Great people to work with remotely

Cons

Very stressful, CSA handle everything from enrollment issues, to claims issues, case management referrals, disputes, and general benefit questions. It doesn't pay enough for the stress. Over time is often mandatory and it's very hard to take off because the same people are always of and that includes management. No room for growth.
