Pros
Large Company, so experience may vary quite a bit. Good benefits, WFH available. Some individuals are excellent performers and great coworkers.
Cons
Poor culture, a lot of animosity between departments. Back stabbing, 'throw under the bus" mentality. There were a few milder cases of sexual harassment, which HR decided to push under the carpet, instead of processing them in a proper manner.
