      Pros

      Great co-workers, there's a pet calendar, laid back but fast-paced environment, rewarding to help those looking for quality care, leadership team encourages new ideas, Culture Committee does awesome fun things to keep employees happy and appreciated, on occasion we can work from home

      Cons

      Matching families with the right caregiver is time consuming, there is alot of sitting, I am not a fan of wearing a headset, same tasks and process for each family, it becomes monotonous some days

      Pros

      I feel that my input is valued. I feel that what I do makes a difference in people's lifes. I am extremely excited about the pet calendar, the margarita machine, and the keurig machine. Also, once a week, I get to work from home. It is truly the best place I have or ever will work. They are never getting rid of me!

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say about my place of employment. It's an awesome job with growth potential. I have great benefits and good pay. No complaints.
